By accessing and using the Aura28 astrology reading service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Aura28 provides personalized soul blueprint astrology readings based on your birth information. Our Service includes:

• Comprehensive astrological analysis based on your birth data

• Personalized soul blueprint interpretation

• Digital delivery of your reading

• Access to your reading through your account dashboard

The Service is offered for a one-time fee of $147 USD per reading.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password

• Restricting access to your computer and account

• All activities that occur under your account or password

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

The accuracy of your astrology reading depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth information you provide. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate birth date, time, and location

• Incorrect information will result in an inaccurate reading

• We are not responsible for readings based on incorrect information

• Refunds will not be issued for readings generated from incorrect birth data

All purchases are final upon completion of payment processing. By purchasing a reading, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount of $147 USD for each reading

• Provide accurate billing information

• Authorize us to charge your payment method

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our Service, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical error preventing delivery of your reading

• Duplicate purchases made in error

• Service unavailability after payment

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through our Issue Resolution process.

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and astrological interpretations, is the property of Aura28 and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your personalized reading is provided for your personal use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display your reading for commercial purposes

• Sell or transfer your reading to third parties

• Use the content to create derivative works

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aura28 specifically disclaims:

• The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of astrological interpretations

• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

Astrology readings are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other matters.

In no event shall Aura28, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

• Any errors or omissions in any content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any changes by:

• Posting the new Terms of Service on this page

• Updating the "Last Updated" date

• Sending an email notification to registered users

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
